Cassandra Messer is a generally registered psychologist, with experience providing professional consulting services across both the internal and external consulting domains. She employs a customer driven approach, wherein she utilises her interpersonal and communication strengths to gain insight into her clients, using this to tailor the provided service to specifically meet the clients’ individualised needs. Cassandra believes in incorporating the specific requirements and expectations of each client, to produce a solution that is not only underpinned by a strong evidence base, but that which is also sustainable for the particular organisational context.
With two and a half years of experience in the organisational consulting field behind her, extensive customer service experience, as well as 6 years tertiary study in the field of psychology, Cassandra is primarily responsible for the following consulting services: the coordination, administration and reporting of candidate psychometric assessment for recruitment and development purposes, the design and facilitation of workshops and team development sessions, and targeted coaching (e.g., conflict resolution and anger management). Cassandra is directly responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that the services and solutions provided are tailored to the specific needs and expectations of the client, whilst adhering to the best practice standards.
Her career to date has also seen her involved in: employee development and training; survey design and analysis of results; data management and analysis, assessment centre design and delivery, training delivery, and leadership development. She is extremely motivated to produce high quality outcomes, whilst also adopting a flexible approach allowing her to adapt quickly and effectively to evolving work demands, environments and priorities.
