We have assessment facilities throughout Australia, including many regional locations. This allows us to assess candidates promptly and conveniently. We also conduct international assessments regularly.


There will be a series of assessments that are related to the competencies required for the role. Typically there will be a number of timed assessments, as well as an untimed assessment that considers the person’s behavioural style.

Integrated PeopleStrategies Australia has adopted an on-line and computer-based assessment process where a more flexible delivery style is more appropriate. This allows assessments to be readily available without location restrictions, and also promotes timely feedback on results to individuals and businesses alike. The incorporation of an on-line and computer-based assessment option is a natural outcome of the increasing use of information and communication technologies in society.
