He focuses on educating organisations on how to adapt communication styles to suit individuals, he calls it becoming the Ultimate Chameleon, being adaptable without ever compromising your values.
John started working with these concepts 25 years ago in his own enterprises, where he led large teams of people … and still makes it his role today to stay educated and in touch with the best ideas, concepts and strategies from around the globe. He has delivered and/or facilitated literally hundreds of seminars, workshops and keynote presentations. John is comfortable and experienced with varying groups, whether it is a room of CEO’s, professionals or talented support staff, from one on one mentoring to National Conferences, the largest group to date is 8000. He regularly works with groups ranging from 10 to 200.
