LAYLA GARCIA (Assessment Administration Co-ordinator)
Layla Garcia is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting the administration of psychological assessments throughout Australia and overseas. She also manages the administration services of the organisation, whilst providing the first point of call with client requests and coordination of consulting services.
With the motivation to build strong professional relationships, Layla is capable of both recognising and accommodating the requests and needs of each client, coordinating the business interface to suit their specific requirements. This is translated across to her role in the psychological assessment administration process, wherein she demonstrates consideratation towards candidates, ensuring they are at ease and able to perform to the best of their ability.
Layla is an extremely organised, results focused and detail oriented individual, who is able to prioritise effectively to manage conflicting demands in a fast paced environment. With her strong analytical and time management skills, she is committed to performing all of her work responsibilities with a high performance mindset, aiming to achieve excellence across her tasks. She has extensive customer service experience, which has developed her sensitivity to client need and expectation.
