FRANCES AVENELL (Managing Director)

B.A. (Psych) Hons. MAPS. STAP approved supervisor.

Generally Registered Psychologist. 

 

Frances Avenell is the Director of Integrated PeopleStrategies Australia Pty Ltd and in 2014 is proud to have celebrated 15 years in business.  She has earned a strong reputation for her ability to understand key commercial objectives and organisational issues whilst bringing her people strengths to the table to create practical and sustainable business solutions.  Key areas of interest include: resilience, executive coaching, psychological assessment, culture change, team building, personal empowerment and conflict management. 

KERYN HULL (Accounts Manager)

Bachelor of Science (majoring in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics)

 

Keryn has been with Integrated PeopleStrategies Australia since 2010, and has been a pivotal player in its ongoing growth and continual success.  Keryn brings with her a wealth of experience in financial and systems analysis, commercial programming, statistical and data integration, business administration, reconciliations and cash flow projections.

ROD ADKINS (Senior Consultant)

Grad Cert, Commerce

 

Rod adds real value with his extensive recruitment, leadership and management consulting experience, ensuring business solutions that integrate with the commercial parameters and people context. His recruitment and assessment expertise includes project management of large volume requirements, across a variety of industries and role levels.  With a solid background in succession planning and performance appraisal, Rod strives to enhance company capability through building a strong people platform that promotes retention and development. 

HELGA ZIMMERMANN (Consultant Psychologist)

BA. Dip Psych (Clinical Psychology). PGDipPsych (Organisation and psycho-sociology of work).

Generally Registerd Psychologist.

 

Helga has extensive Organisational and Clinical Psychology expertise. Previous work experience includes the Public Sector Management Commission, the Department of Employment, Vocational Education and Industrial Relations, and the Anti-Discrimination Commission. She has developed and conducted reviews for government departments, including Education Queensland, with a focus on delivering quality results that align with current legal parameters.
