Frances has worked closely with management teams and human resource professionals to enhance organisational effectiveness and reduce risk, linking key Human Resource and Organisational Strategies to meet commercial needs and deliver business outcomes. Within her career, Frances has worked as an internal provider as well as an external consultant and has earned a strong reputation for her ability to understand key commercial objectives and organisational issues whilst bringing her people strengths to the table to create practical and sustainable solutions.
Frances is a Registered Psychologist with APRHA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
ROD ADKINS

Rod adds real value with his extensive recruitment, leadership and management consulting experience, ensuring business solutions that integrate with the commercial parameters and people context. His recruitment and assessment expertise includes project management of large volume requirements, across a variety of industries and role levels. With a solid background in succession planning and performance appraisal, Rod strives to enhance company capability through building a strong people platform that promotes retention and development.

Keryn has been with Integrated PeopleStrategies Australia since 2010, and has been a pivotal player in its ongoing growth and continual success. Keryn brings with her a wealth of experience in financial and systems analysis, commercial programming, statistical and data integration, business administration, reconciliations and cash flow projections.
