  • Are there industry standards for psychological assessment?

To ensure this, the assessments that are utilised have been widely researched, providing consistent results in predicting, measuring and capturing the aptitude and behaviours for which they are intended. Many of the assessments that are on the market do not go through this rigorous validation process. At Integrated PeopleStrategies, we also conduct our own in-house applied research prior to providing assessments to our clients, to ensure our service is evidence-based, predictive and reliable.
